Due to the perishable nature of our high-quality olive oils, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened or unopened products. If your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your Graza experience, please reach out to our team within 30 days for a resolution.
Return Process

Upon delivery, please check your bottles for any leaks, cracks, or shipping damage that may have occurred during transit.

Locate your order number and take clear photos of any damaged items or the specific batch code found on the back of the bottle.

Email our 'Oil Support' team with your order information and photos so we can investigate the issue immediately.
- 4.Receive a Fresh Batch
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you.
